You have 90 days to live with it, lounge in it, judge it. If it's not for you, send it back for a full refund, no restocking fees, no questions asked. We'll even cover return shipping.
Which Cloudy piece should I pick?
Pouf for an extra seat or footrest. Armchair for solo lounging in a bedroom or office. Medium sofa for couples or small living rooms (2-3 people). Large sofa for families or movie nights (3-4 people).
How do I clean it?
Wipe spills with a damp cloth. For deeper cleans, the cover unzips fully and goes straight in the washing machine at 30°C. Air dry, zip back on, done.
What's covered by the warranty?
Every Cloudy piece comes with a 2-year warranty covering frame integrity, foam compression, and stitching. If anything goes wrong from normal use, we replace it, free.
Is it safe for kids and pets?
Yes, materials are CertiPUR-US certified (free of harmful chemicals) and the fabric is stain-resistant. The removable cover makes pet hair and spills easy to clean.
